- Soil: small surface but great variety, generally loamy-loamy with the presence of marl and tuff

- Pruning: Guyot
- Vinification: 20% of the total is neither pressed nor destemmed, while the rest is as in traditional winemaking, where juice and skins macerate for about 3 weeks.
- Aging: 12 months in wooden barrels and 12 months in concrete barrels, minimum 6 moths in bottle
Organoleptic characteristics:
Bright cardinal red in color, it is a wine of great intensity, warmth, and energy, typical of Beradenga. A fine bouquet expresses small red fruits such as black cherries and black cherries, with medicinal notes of sage, St. John’s wort, and licorice.
A very fresh, smooth palate, inviting to drink, it finishes with generous yet perfectly balanced tannins to accompany food.
Despite its balance and completeness, a strong, youthful vibration is still perceptible, which will reach full maturity between 2030 and 2035.
Possible combination:
A structured wine suitable for flavorful and substantial meat dishes. It also pairs well with aged cheeses.

CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA
SANTA MARIA 1885
- Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
- Soil: small surface but great variety, generally loamy-loamy with the presence of marl and tuff
- Exposure: from south to southwest to west
- Altitude: about 350 m slm
- Pruning: Guyot
- Vinification: Almost 100% of the grapes are not pressed or destemmed, and are sent to fermentation with partial carbonic maceration for approximately 25 days.
- Aging: 12 months in wooden barrels and Tonneaux, and minimum 10 moths in bottles.
Organolepctic characteristics:
The Riserva immediately conveys integrity, with a delicate, brilliant ruby red; the typical change in hue at the rim of the glass is almost imperceptible.
Fruity, flowers, and a delicate smoky note define the aroma.
A rich, linear, and powerful body. Fresh fruit, mint, and grapefruit unfold vigorously and recur in the aftertaste. The finish is dense, precise, and defined with tannins.
Powerful and graceful, it is a recognizable wine with distinct territorial characteristics.
Possible combinations:
very structured wine suitable for very tasty dishes with an exuberant flavour, especially game and stews.

I.G.T. Elena 1885
- Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
- Soil: small surface area but great variety, generally silty loam with the presence of marl and tuff
- Esposure : from south to southwest to west
- Altitude: about 350 m slm
- Pruning: Guyot
- Vinification: Almost 100% of the grapes are not pressed or destemmed, and are sent to fermentation with partial carbonic maceration for approximately 25 days.
- Aging : After racking and partial clarification, the wine remains for at least 12 months, partly in barriques, partly in tonneaux, partly in stainless steel containers.
Organoleptic characteristics:
This wine is the embodiment of our terroir and our desire to explore new horizons. It embodies the characteristics of our ideas and, at the same time, the character of the place where it is born.
This wine’s color is a very light, transparent, and lively red-purple hue.
The nose is very feminine: juicy, floral, and taut. The palate is intense and elegant; a slight dilution facilitates drinkability. It features sweet spices, incense, and a firm yet graceful tannin that will smooth out over time.
Possible combination:
Particularly fruity, suitable for dishes that are not excessively full of flavours.
